Warehouse Operative
Full-time | On-site | 40 hours per week (7am–4pm, 1-hour unpaid break)
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum + monthly bonus

Due to business growth, we’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our friendly and hard-working team. You’ll play a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly — from receiving goods to dispatching finished products with precision and care.

What You’ll Be Doing
*
Receiving and booking in stock from suppliers — checking quantity and quality before storage
*
Monitoring stock levels through regular cycle counts and supporting procurement with timely ordering
*
Loading outgoing goods onto hauliers, ensuring packaging and paperwork are correct
*
Completing scheduled tasks such as fabrication, assembly, and packing
*
Following all health & safety regulations, using correct PPE, and reporting any unsafe conditions
*
Carrying out maintenance tasks and escalating any equipment faults as needed
*
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and assisting with SOP documentation
*
Performing quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods
*
Ensuring all products are safely packaged for storage and transport
What We’re Looking For
*
Previous experience in a goods-in/goods-out warehouse environment
*
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock and paperwork
*
Good written and verbal communication skills
*
Knowledge of Lean Principles and exposure to 5S (advantageous)
*
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude
*
Valid forklift licence and manual handling experience
*
A professional approach and commitment to high standards
*
GCSEs/A-Levels including passes in English and Maths
