Rapid Personnel are recruiting for Warehouse Operative and a Warehouse Supervisor to join a leading, family run business based in Basingstoke. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of the permanent, growing workforce to support the continuous growth and success of the business.
Responsibilities
* Measuring material accurately to client specification.
* Lifting and moving materials within the warehouse.
* Operating multiple machines simultaneously.
* Ensuring safe working conditions in accordance with site standards.
* Reporting to management with regards to machine or material defects.
* Loading and unloading of material.
* Clearing and cleaning of machinery.
Requirements
* Previous experience of working with saws or machines is desirable
* Experience with saws/band cutters (wood or metal)
* Works well under pressure.
* Work efficiently as part as a team.
* Can be flexible in daily duties.
* Counterbalance Forklift experience is desirable.
Hours & Pay
* 8:00 to 17:00
* Monday to Friday
* 13.08per hour for operative
* 14.43per hour for supervisor
* Onsite parking
* Company pension
