ROLE: Trainee Sales Executive
LOCATION: Watford
SALARY: 18k basic, 35k ote + car + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Saturday 8.30 – 6.00 with a day off. NO SUNDAYS !
Flame Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Trainee Sales Executive to join our clients sales team at a Watford based dealerhip.
Typically you can expect to earn £35,000 in your first year (uncapped), plus the use of a company car.
This is an exceptional opportunity for the successful individual to develop, learn and forge a career in the automotive sector.
This is a genuine “learn the business” role and our expectation will be for the successful individual to observe and learn every aspect of selling a car, as well as the smooth running of a dealerships sales department.
What we are looking for in a Trainee Car Sales Executive :
* Some sort of sales or customer service expereince
* Full driving licence
* Unlimited confidence, resilience, drive, energy and talent.
* Well presented individual with a desire, character and attitude to succeed.
* Ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
* Real hunger to meet and exceed targets and KPI’s with superb attention to detail.
