Opus people solutions on behalf of Suffolk County Council have an exciting opportunity for a Social Worker to join their team.
Job Title: Social Worker
Length of assignment: 3 Months
Hours per week: 37 hours
Hourly rate: £35- 39
Location: Lowestoft
Remote/Office based: Hybrid – x3 days a week in the office
Responsibilities:
S17 assessments – Children in Need assessments under the Children Act 1989.
S47 assessments – Child Protection enquiries
CIN planning – Managing and reviewing Children in Need plans.
CP planning – Working on Child Protection Plans, including attending case conferences and core group meetings.
