We are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a major Defence project in Huntingdon, delivering RC frame, Groundworks, Drainage, Utilities, and Services packages.
This is a long-term, site-based role on a secure and technically challenging scheme, suitable for an engineer with strong setting-out and coordination experience.
Key Responsibilities

Setting out for RC frame, groundworks, drainage, utilities, and services
*
Checking line, level, and alignment using EDM / Total Station / GPS
*
Reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and BIM data
*
Coordinating with site management, subcontractors, and design teams
*
Ensuring works meet quality, safety, and programme requirements
*
Completing as-built records and QA documentation
*
Supporting method statements and temporary works where required
*
Complying with defence-sector security procedures and site rules
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Site Engineer on RC & GWS projects
*
Strong background in drainage, utilities, services, and RC frames
*
Competent with modern setting-out equipment
*
Experience working on secure or regulated projects preferred
*
Relevant engineering qualification (HNC / HND / Degree or equivalent)
*
Valid CSCS card
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
