We are working with a well-established security firm in Witham, looking for a Resourcer to join their recruitment team. This role plays a key part in sourcing and managing candidates for security staff positions across the UK, helping ensure the company has the right people in place for their contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advertise job vacancies across multiple platforms.
* Respond promptly to candidate applications and enquiries.
* Collate, review, and ensure compliance documentation is complete.
* Screen candidates, conduct telephone interviews, and assess suitability.
* Maintain accurate records and input candidate information into the recruitment system.
* Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing.
* Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
* Happy to work in fast paced environment
Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00.
Around 3 months’ worth of work , via agency.
£14 – 14.50 per hour
