About the Role
We’re representing a leading main contractor known for delivering high-quality industrial, commercial, and logistics projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of complex build project leading from pre-construction through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and delivery of construction projects from tender to completion.

Act as the primary point of contact for the client team, ensuring strong communication and collaboration throughout.
*
Oversee all aspects of site operations, including Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) compliance.
*
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
*
Lead site teams and the supply chain to meet contractual and commercial objectives.
*
Manage budgets, cost control, and reporting in partnership with the commercial team.
*
Drive innovation and continuous improvement across project delivery.
*
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams to promote repeat business.
About You
*
HNC/HND or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline.
*
Proven track record (5–7+ years) in project management within the construction industry.
*
Strong leadership and communication skills, able to motivate and develop site teams.
*
Excellent understanding of construction processes, planning software (Asta PowerProject preferred), and project controls.
*
Commercially aware with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
*
