What You’ll Be Doing
*
Preparing accurate mechanical estimates and tender submissions
*
Interpreting specifications, drawings and project documents
*
Producing detailed cost breakdowns, take-offs and BOQs
*
Working collaboratively with design, project and commercial teams
*
Obtaining competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
*
Supporting value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
*
Contributing to a successful work-winning team
What We’re Looking For
*
Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within Building Services
*
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
*
Excellent communication and commercial awareness
*
Well-organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple tenders
*
A positive attitude and desire to progress within a supportive team
