Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Salary: £44,400 + O/T (1.5x)
Shifts: Days 39hr week
Location: Johnstone – Scotland
Overview:
Due to expansion, we're looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team supporting extrusion and blow molding production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform planned and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment
Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, chains, belts, bearings, and motors
Fault-find and repair mechanical and electrical issues
Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability projects
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (minimum)
Experience in injection molding (essential)
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and general maintenance practices
Flexible for rotating shifts
