Freelance Site Manager – 28 Week Contract
Location: Strachur (accommodation support available)
Start Date: November 2025
Duration: Approx. 28 weeks
Project: Extension project valued at ~£500,000
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a medium-scale extension project in Strachur. This role will involve full site management responsibility, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate subcontractors and site operatives
*
Ensure health & safety compliance, site inductions, and daily briefings
*
Monitor construction progress and maintain accurate site records
*
Report regularly to the project management team
*
Uphold quality standards throughout all phases of construction
Requirements:

Valid SMSTS certification
*
Current First Aid qualification
*
Proven experience managing similar construction projects
*
Strong organisational and leadership skills
*
Ability to maintain clear communication with all stakeholders

Core working hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm
